Recently, Sesame Place team members entered into a friendly competition to benefit United Way of Bucks County. During the 2013 United Way Change Wars, team members donated loose change into containers assigned with team members' names as a way to vote for the Top Banana. But no competition would be fun without a twist! The person whose container had the lowest amount would win the title of Rotten Banana (all in good fun of course!). A total of $133.50 was collected during the challenge. The Top Banana left standing was Bob Lietz while Andrew Cupo took the title of Rotten Banana. The two were all smiles; however, when they flaunted their titles throughout the park.
